Azbukovica cuisine, which consists primarily of ethnic cuisine and delights from all parts of Serbia, is promoted through the event Gastro festival, which is the second largest event in the municipality of Ljubovija.
The organizer of the event, which gathers a large number of participants from the country and abroad, is the Tourist Organization of the Municipality of Ljubovija.
It was created in 2007 with the aim of promoting the magic of the Azbukov kitchen of undisputed housewives.
Considering that the event is of an international character, participants and visitors have the opportunity to learn about the customs and culinary specialties of various regions.

The Gastro Festival is held every year on the second Saturday of May, and the competition takes place in the following disciplines:

• Preparation of fish broth and stew
• Ethno table
• Modern kitchen
• Bakery
• Confectionery
• Carving (carving on fruits and vegetables)

The event is accompanied by a rich cultural and entertainment program and is of great importance for the promotion and development of tourism in our municipality.
